Q2- How much does an appointment with a Docseeyou doctor cost?

A2- Our clinician partners set the price of a virtual visit, but it should cost no more than the regular price of a traditional visit. You will have the ability to see a list of doctors and clinicians along with the consultation prices before you book.


Q3- Will I be able to select my doctor of choice?

A3- Yes, assuming your doctor is available online. If not, you’ll have plenty of available doctors or clinicians to choose from.


Q4- What should I expect from my doctor or clinician at Docseeyou?

A4- We want to be your first point of contact whenever you have a health issue whether it is an urgent matter, general questions or when you seek out a specialist or hospital care. 


Q5A- Can I get a prescription?

A5A- Yes, your doctor will write a prescription and send you an image to take to the pharmacy of your choice.


Q5B- What kind of prescriptions can you fill?

A5B- Our doctors can fill many routine prescriptions of non-controlled substances such as antibiotics, birth control, hypertension medications, and antipsychotics.

A7- Yes we do! Our doctors can treat almost any condition that can be treated in a traditional visit.


Q8- How do I start a video session with doctor?

A8- 1. Download the Docseeyou App in Google Play or the App store on your device. 

2. Once you downloaded, Docseeyou will prompt you to register. You will need your email address or phone number and a password. 
3. Once you sign in, select the type of consultation that you are looking for. Select a location, then book a consultation. You will see a list of doctors available for consultation. Select a physician. 
4. Once a clinician accepts your booking, you will be sent a link to start a video consultation via Whatsapp. 


Q9- How do I pay for my consultation?

A9- You will pay the doctor or clinician directly via a mobile money app of your choice such as mpesa.


Q10- What if I need a lab test?

A10- During the consultation, if a lab test is required, the doctor will send an image of the lab requisition via Whatsapp.


Q11- As a doctor or clinician, how do I get paid?

A11- As a doctor or clinician, the patient will pay you directly via a mobile money app.
